Building Rental Information
If your group or family is preparing to host a party, event or conference and is looking for a venue, CSCC may be just the location to fill your needs. Nestled in the pines, just off the beaten path, but conveniently close to Orangeburg, SC, the Cordova Senior Community Center has a large meeting hall for up to 130 people and ample parking for your guests. Our competitive rates include the use of tables and chairs as well as the warming facilities of our full modern kitchen.

Building Rental Rates and Rules
Rates: CSCC Members $150*/event
non-Members $250*/ event
*(This amount includes a refundable $50 cleaning deposit which will be returned to the renter after inspection and certification the the building and grounds were left in an acceptably clean condition. Renters will'
pay a Premium for renting the Center Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter, July 4th and Labor Day.)
General Guidelines
CSCC expects all of its renters to adhere strictly to the guidelines spelled out in the Rental Contract, and especially with regard to:
- No Smoking in the building.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
- Stove maybe used for warming only.
- Loud music is strictly prohibited.
- Center and grounds must be left clean (swept, mopped, wiped down, garbage removed)
The above Guidelines are of a general nature and are spelled out more specifically in the Building Rental Contract. Renters are bound specifically by the Building Rental Contract rules.
